FESSI (Forbo Entrance System Specialist Installer)

We also want to ensure that these entrance flooring systems are always correctly installed to the highest possible standards to fulfil the customer's aspirations for their building.
This is why we have introduced FESSI: our national network of Forbo Entrance Systems Specialist Installers who are well qualified to advise you on every aspect of your entrance flooring system design, specification and installation.
FESSI contractors are independent companies, hand picked by Forbo on the basis of their experience in this important area of the flooring market and their commitment to deliver consistently high quality installations.
Each FESSI contractor has undertaken intensive CITB approved training on the installation of Forbo's entrance flooring systems, and under the guidance of experienced Nuway trainers has learnt how to specify and install the optimal scheme for every type of project. in order to gain approved FESSI contractor status they have had to demonstrate their ability to deliver demanding Nuway installations incorporating complex shaping and breakouts.
We recommend that Nuway rigid engineered matting systems are fitted by FESSI contractors. They will offer free site surveys and provide detailed 'supply and fit' quotations for every project and will carry out the entire installation to the highest standards, including preparation of the subfloor. Nuway matting installed under the FESSI scheme is guaranteed for up to 15 years.
